The Workshop
The workshop is tailored for contractors seeking to learn how to handle the process of adjudication in practice.
This workshop agenda includes:
(1)Sharing by experienced Adjudicators;
(2)Explanation of the timelines and procedures of an adjudication process in the Adjudication Rules;
(3)Workshop to discuss the documentations and drafting skills required in the preparation for an adjudication proceeding;
(4)Recommendation by experienced Adjudicators.
Entry criteria: Must have attended briefing session on SOPL legislation commencing on 28 August 2025. Record to be provided with the registration for this course.
Due to limited seats availability, a maximum of two representatives from each company may join this session.

(i)Sharing by experienced Adjudicators;
(ii)Explanation of the timelines and procedures of an adjudication process in the Adjudication Rules;
(iii)Workshop to discuss the documentations and drafting skills required in the preparation for an adjudication proceeding;
(iv)Recommendation by experienced Adjudicators.
