The resolutions on the following proposals:

To elect Ir LAM Sai Hung, GBS, JP as an Honorary Fellow of Hong Kong Institute of Construction Managers pursuant to the Article of Association Clause 22.
To elect Ir Prof MA Siu Cheung, Eric, GBS, JP as an Honorary Fellow of Hong Kong Institute of Construction Managers pursuant to the Article of Association Clause 22.

were passed unanimously by Corporate Members present in person or by proxy voting at the Extraordinary General Meeting held on 1 September 2021 12:30 pm at HKICM Secretariat Office, Rooms 801-2, On Lok Yuen Building, 25 Des Voeux Road Central, Hong Kong.
