Programme Highlight:

In this talk, Cr Sam LI will introduce the different categories of AS under registration system in Buildings Department. It will cover the statutory control mechanism and the required qualification of AS. Mr. LI will also highlight the statutory role, function, and duties of AS as well as Site Safety Supervision Plan.

Cr Bill NAM will introduce the Practice Notes for Registered Contractors (PNRC) and highlight the key PNRCs and the latest updates. Mr. NAM will also highlight the risks of being an AS and review prosecutions related to AS in recent years.
