香港營造師學會「建造業文化交流電影放送日」

致香港營造師學會會員：

香港營造師學會將於2023年3月25日(星期六) 在英皇戲院(荃灣荃新天地)舉行「建造業文化交流電影放送日」，現誠邀各業界友好齊來觀看由劉德華主演電影《流浪地球2》。感謝建造業議會青年事務委員會 及香港建造商會青年會 鼎力支持是次電影放送日，齊心展現業界協力團結，不但響應促進兩地文化交流，更藉此增進同業之間的聯繫和友誼。

有關電影《流浪地球2》

《流浪地球2》主要敘述太陽即將膨脹吞噬太陽系之時，人類社會開啟「流浪地球」計劃，並傾盡所有力量製造「行星發動機」驅使地球逃離太陽系前往新家園的途中，地球經過木星附近時所發生的故事。電影製作由中國最大的工程機械製造商徐工集團免費贊助，提供42款61台主機設備、400多套零部件及車間道具、61套三維模型、319名工作人員等等拍攝，目的是為了團結和集中力量辦大事，能夠相互賦能。理念與我們業界同出一轍，都是齊心協力以不同方式支持振興建造業的專業發展。

Mr Joseph Chung

Joseph Chung is a Solicitor Advocate. He is also a registered foreign lawyer of the
Singapore International Commercial Court. He was previously a Barrister until he became a Solicitor in 2001. He is also a fellow member of the Chartered Institution of Civil Engineering Surveyors.

Joseph has extensive experience in all aspects of construction in both private and public sector work, advising developers, contractors, consultants and banks.

Over the years in his practice as a lawyer, he has been involved in many high profile construction projects, including the Hong Kong airport core project, the Express Rail Link and the Hong Kong-Macau-Zhuhui Bridge. He was involved in the Commission of Inquiry into Excess Lead found in Drinking Water in 2015/2016. He is recommended in the area of construction in the Asia Pacific Legal 500 (2014 – 2021 editions) and acknowledged as one of the leading lawyers in the area of construction in Chambers Asia Pacific (2014 – 2021 editions) and the exclusive winner of the “Construction” category in Hong Kong by the Client Choice Awards 2018 & 2021. He is also recognised as a Leading Construction & Infrastructure Litigation Lawyer (2020 – 2021) and a Leading Front End Construction, Infrastructure & Projects Lawyer (2020) by Doyle’s Guide Hong Kong.

Joseph is the co-author of the Hong Kong version of one of the leading UK construction text “Emden’s Construction Law in Hong Kong”.
